taking on the NYC DOE of education, Francesco PortelosFrancesco first made news when as a representive on his school's, PS 49 in Staten Island, SBLT (School Based Leadership Team) he used his constitutional right to inquire about his school's finances. What he found, financial improprieties by his principal, has put him on a Kafkaesque odyssey sitting in the Rubber Room.
