The decision is in!I kept my job.
I have a 4 month suspension.
I have yet to read the decision. Will read it by tomorrow.

Court date in Manhattan Supreme Court this Wednesday morning.

I hope you've reported all administrators who lied under oath at your administrative hearing to the appropriate law enforcement officials.

Enjoy the ATR pool. Get ready for a new form of being debased by both your Union who you pay to randomly enforce poorly written work rules.. The human resources arm of the DOE who have now put you into a position that assures you of diminished due process rights. It's. Time to reflect on if you win, what is it that you exactly win.
This is a game of attrition and they use the corporate and quasi-administrative kangaroo court games to churn and burn us.

This sounds like LAUSD. I am an expert on them. I am the only person to ever have LAUSD audited by the State Auditor. This audit is Oct. 1997, 96121. It is about teachers being falsely accused of child abuse for whistle blowing and for principals stealing student impress funds. For doing this I am accused with perjury by Tamar Galatzan, LAUSD Board Member and Asst. L.A. City Attorney. She just lost her board seat and is not going to lose her job and bar license. To stop me at the 5-5-15 LAPD Police Commission Meeting, video on their website, erased the audio of the entire meeting and inserted an L.A. City Council Meeting. This is a P.C. 132 and a Felony.
There is Federal Case Law which states if someone falesly accuses you of a crime they no longer have absolute or qualified immunity which means you can sue them and take their licenses.
Teachers unions are trash. I just analyzed Ferguson-Florissant, Baltimore, D.C., N.Y, Chicago and LAUSD to start. I have their budgets and am the expert on school budgets and fraud. Very interesting.
