It's Over

The blog is over. Done. Kaput. Finis. It has served its purpose in its current incarnation. It's a time for healing. Time to look forward. No more crap. Everything from August 28th will be deleted. It will be retooled and focus on education in NYC. And maybe some other stuff. Like the Yankees. Or gardening. Or cooking. Or potpourri. Or the Brady Bunch. Take this time to look back and copy what you enjoyed from the blog. Who knows? Any suggestions?

It is sad that you have decided to leave the blogging community. I have been following your blog for the last few months now. Your blog is honest, funny and insightful...as well as entertaining. Please reconsider leaving. We desperately need teachers like you who speak the truth.

And what makes you think the next principal will be better?

You were very brave to post what you did. All educators and students (not just in NYC) owe you a debt of gratitude.

Thank you

I suggest that you save your blog as a hidden archive instead of deleting it altogether It is a valuable record of its time. I think you'll find that your principal was only a symptom of the overall disease.

Oh no not deleting everything. Going to keep it up just changing name and focus of the blog.
